Getting service is simple. We offer three different options for support, which are all included at no additional cost. You can call, email or use or Help Desk portal. The most popular method is our Help Desk portal which allows you to quickly open tickets and review existing tickets in real time. After you have contacted us for service, we will attempt to fix the issue live if possible, and if we cannot fix it live, we will dispatch a technician to your location.
Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee
We offer one of the best guarantee's in the IT industry. If you switch to Bay Business Edge for your IT service and support, we guarantee your IT service and support bills will decrease. If we can't decrease your IT service and support bills, you aren't charged for the entire month of service. This guarantee is good for the entirety of the service contract. To signup for a service contract with the "Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee" you need to send us the last 6 months of IT related invoices from your previous vendor, which we will average and set the "Guaranteed Price" per month.
