Our Managed Email service is designed for a small to medium sized business that hosts their own email onsite (Exchange Server) and don't have the expertise or time to spend helping their employees every time their Outlook, iPhone, Droid, iPad or other mobile device stops working. We have created a cheap monthly service designed to take all of the responsibility off of you and place it on our Exchange experts.
Our Managed Email is worry free, which means you pay a flat rate and everything related to your Exchange Server (besides hardware and licensing) is covered by Bay Business Edge. Your employees can call our Help Desk anytime and get help with their email, recovering lost email, resetting password or creating/deleting users. We also monitor your Exchange Server 24x7, so if it goes down, we will be notified quickly to reduce any downtime. If you have a backup system in place for your Exchange database, we can setup monitoring on the backup and if it fails we will be notified.
Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee
We offer one of the best guarantee's in the IT industry. If you switch to Bay Business Edge for your IT service and support, we guarantee your IT service and support bills will decrease. If we can't decrease your IT service and support bills, you aren't charged for the entire month of service. This guarantee is good for the entirety of the service contract. To signup for a service contract with the "Lower Your IT Bill Guarantee" you need to send us the last 6 months of IT related invoices from your previous vendor, which we will average and set the "Guaranteed Price" per month. If we ever go over the "Guaranteed Price" you will not be billed for the entire month. Exclusions: Hardware, software, upgrades, licensing and parts.
